The TRANQUILITY walk in bath by Mantaleda is our largest model. Equipped with an extra wide side-entry door which offers easy walk in access and easy transition should the user need to transfer from a seat or wheelchair. For this reason the bath is also referred to as a 'slide in' bath and is available in three sizes.

NEW MODEL AVAILABLE

To compliment the existing range of TRANQUILITY baths this model is now available as a Compact 'MIDI' size model. Same great features, just a little narrower to suit the smaller bathroom.

SIZE OPTIONS

There are now three sizes to choose from -

660mm wide x 1300mm long

750mm wide x 1300mm long

The extra large outward opening door (800mm access) is shaped to expose the internal seat thereby facilitating easier entry and exit from the sitting position. The door is firmly  secured shut by means of a simple-to-operate external lever.

The accommodation is generous too, offering internal width options of 525mm and 600mm (depending on model) and total internal length of 1110mm. The internal depth of 840mm has an unoccupied water capacity of 285 litres (max), although the actual amount necessary to fill will be dependant on the amount of water displaced by the occupant.

The bath is fitted with 2 internal grab rails and a 2" pop-up plunger with chain waste outlet to ensure rapid emptying. Maximum suggested user weight is 35 Stones (222 Kg).

The Tranquility Bath is available with a choice of three widths and three levels of luxury

As with all walk in baths we strongly recommend the use of a Thermostatically controlled taps or a Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) on the hot water inlet of this bath to prevent scalding. If you require further information please ask.
