Mr Alan Somerfield (the
owner of the Shower Spaah business)
approached our company asking "if we would
sell his product". We studied the sample he
sent to us and decided we would give the
product pride of place on our website to see
if there was any interest.
A customer approached
us to purchase a Shower Spaah, but when we
tried to place an order we were informed by
Mr Somerfield that "he's just a one-man
band" and that he wasn't interested in
selling 1's and 2's (albeit he had
previously quoted us a cost for shipping
exactly that). Furthermore, he felt we were
selling them too cheaply and wanted to push
the price up - rather strange as we were
only about £1 different to the cheapest
retailer online. Furthermore, price fixing
is actually illegal.
Appalled at these
revelations we are withdrawing this product
from sale.
Mr Somerfield has
without compunction forced us to let a
valued customer down. It seems he has wasted
our time and yours. An unreliable supplier
is something we will not tolerate.
Please accept our
apologies for any inconvenience this product
withdrawal may have caused prospective
customers.
