| It is our simple desire to keep
costs to a minimum in order that we may pass savings on in the form of
lower prices. Before you order we would rather help you select the correct
product than have you purchase in error. Every effort will be made to assist you before you commit
yourself to a purchase. You should make every reasonable
effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your purpose.
If you are in any doubt you should seek the necessary advice. If you are
unfamiliar with or unsure of the product's suitability or quality you
should endeavour to seek expert guidance and identify a location at which the product may be
examined prior to purchase. Returning goods on the grounds that they were
ordered in error is costly. However, you have Statutory Rights that
	protect you.
      Retail consumer business transacted is
governed by Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional
Charges) Regulations 2013. We encourage you to read your rights before
		placing an order

CCR 2013. Your attention is drawn to the matter of carriage costs.
In the event of a return being made it shall be the responsibility of
the consumer to meet the cost of return. Initial performance costs shall
		be deducted from any refund.
Be aware that the cost of shipping return
goods may be in excess of the charge made at the time of purchase.
In the event that goods are returned
      the following shall apply -

        - Return of goods is subject to our
          terms and conditions.

		- Goods should not be returned without
informing The Company of your intention to do so.

		- The Company will not be held
responsible for the safety or care of goods returned that arrive without
		requisite notification.

		- In all cases, the cost of return and
the safety of goods whilst in transit shall be the responsibility of
customer. You are advised to ensure goods
are suitably packaged and able to withstand the rigors of transit before you send
them. It is wise to insure any goods returned against damage or loss
		whilst in transit.

        - Goods must be returned complete
and in saleable condition. This includes original packaging. A charge
for repackaging will be made should this prove necessary. For this
reason you are strongly advised to take good care of all packaging in
which and on which goods are delivered. Palletised goods should be
returned palletised and wrapped to protect against damage whilst in
		transit.

		- Under no
circumstances will damaged or incomplete goods be accepted for return.
Do not return goods in the hope that missing parts or damage to goods or
packaging will go unnoticed - you will simply find yourself paying
additional delivery charges to have goods returned to you.

		- Receipt of returned goods at our
		offices does not in
itself imply a refund will be made.

		- The Company reserve the right to
withhold a refund on an authorised return until a) the return is agreed,
		b) returned goods are fully
examined and/or tested either in house, by the manufacturer or if
necessary by suitably appointed experts. This reservation extends to the general
		condition of packaging.

		- Where a return is agreed by The
Company an administration charge (up to 25% of
the original invoice valve) will be deducted from the refund except where this clause
contravenes Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional
		Charges) Regulations 2013.

		- When a return forms
part of an exchange for an alternative purchase from us the
		administration charge may be reduced.

		- Bespoke items manufactured to customer specifications will not be
accepted for return under any circumstances.

		- Any costs incurred by us for
performance of the initial order (carriage and charges) will not be refundable.
