How much does it cost to get your goods delivered around the UK?

 

 

Delivery Charges

 

The cost of delivery is not included in the price quoted for each product unless clearly stated. The cost of delivery might vary according to your geographical location but in general the following charge/s for carriage will be added to the purchase price. If for any reason costs exceed the stated amount you will be advised before your order is processed. For exports please enquire.

Please note: In order to provide you with extraordinary good value the amount we charge for delivery may in many instances not be representative of the actual cost of carriage. (You wouldn't for example expect to ship a pallet or a large shower cubicle across the UK for just £11.99).The amount we charge often represents nothing more than a token contribution by you towards our actual carriage costs.

While we are happy to absorb additional cost above and beyond the stated delivery charge we draw to your attention this fact with regards to potential transit costs for returns, erroneous orders and failed deliveries. In such instances the full cost of shipping will be charged or deducted from any refund.

Where delivery is offered as 'Free' or 'Included' this implies that we will pay for the cost of delivery and that no additional payment will be charged to you. However, this applies only to the first attempted delivery. In the event that delivery cannot be completed and the carriers make a delivery charge for subsequent attempts such cost will be passed on to you. 'Free' delivery does not imply free return. Actual shipping cost will apply to all returns with the exception of the return of damaged or faulty goods or the return of goods we have delivered by our mistake.

Large items (such as Walk in baths/Shower Enclosures etc): Please be aware, for reasons of insurance carrier companies DO NOT offer, nor will they, deliver beyond a convenient outside point within the boundary of the delivery property. Some goods are delivered on a pallet. If you need help to move goods indoors or to floors above ground level you must make your own arrangements. Failure to observe this advice may result in your goods having to be re-delivered which might incur additional costs.

Delivery charges on orders for multiple items may attract a discount

 

It is our genuine desire to bring you exciting low prices. To do this we must keep overheads as low as possible. One of the most expensive overheads is generated by the return of purchases made in error. We must rely on you to be selective and careful when making a purchase to help us in our quest.

For this reason we implore you choose carefully. We are always at the end of the phone to help or provide advise. We would rather spend much time helping you choose to avoid the need for return. Help us to help you.

You should make every reasonable effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your purpose. If you are in any doubt you should seek any necessary advice before committing yourself. If you are unfamiliar with or unsure of the product's suitability or quality you should endeavour to seek expert guidance and identify a location at which the product may be examined prior to purchase. Returning goods on the grounds that they were ordered in error is costly.

In the event that you wish to return goods the following shall apply -

  • Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.

  • Goods must not be returned without authorisation from The Company. Only goods authorised for return shall be considered for refund.

  • The Company will not be held responsible for the safety or care of goods returned without authorisation.

  • In all cases, the cost of return and the safety of goods whilst in transit shall be the responsibility of customer. You are advised to ensure goods are suitably packaged and able to withstand the rigors of transit before you send them. It is wise to insure any goods returned against damage or loss whilst in transit.

  • Goods must be returned complete and in saleable condition. This includes original packaging. Under no circumstances will goods returned in damaged condition or incomplete be accepted for return.

  • Receipt of returned goods does not in itself imply a refund will be made.

  • The Company reserve the right to withhold a refund until returned goods are fully examined and/or tested. This reservation extends to the general condition of packaging.

  • An administration charge (up to 25% of the original invoice valve) will apply in all cases.

  • If a return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase from us the administration charge may be reduced.

  • Special order items or goods that have been manufactured to order will not be accepted for return unless our supplier is in turn prepared to accept the return.

  • Any charges made to us by our supplier shall be deducted from any refund.

  • Any costs incurred by us for performance of the initial order will not be refundable.
