The ENVIROTEC rectangular and offset quadrant shower pods provide the basis for a leak free shower enclosure with a spacious interior that is simple and quick to install.

In keeping with the other pods in the Envirotec range, these shower pods do not require tiling and offer life long maintenance free performance.

The generous 1200 x 800 size will provide ample space for a normal domestic enclosure. The rectangular model lends itself to carer assisted showering with the use of half height or stable style split doors with space for a shower seat.

(Half-height and Stable Style door options are not available for the offset quadrant model)

A shower pod in sections

Being such a large shower pod it is supplied in sections to ensure transportation through your property is not an issue. The rectangular pod is supplied as a two piece, whereas the offset quadrant is supplied with three sections. When in the vicinity of its resting place the sections are joined together to form an entirely leak free shell. Then, it's just a matter of attaching the doors.

Because the one-piece lower section of the pod is moulded to incorporate the shower tray and the lower wall section the leaky joint associated with most conventional installations where the wall and tray meet has been designed out. There simply isn't anywhere for water to escape.

With no tiling necessary just think of all the work and expense this will save. Rapid installation means your shower will be up and running in no time at all. If your installation is intended to be temporary, the unit will uninstall easily leaving little evidence of its presence when to time comes to remove.

Plumbing your Envirotec shower pod

Plumbing is hidden behind the wall panels. The corner of the shower pod is designed with a void to facilitate the positioning of shower equipment with space to run pipework pipework.

The Envirotec pod is supplied with a 90mm 'top clean' outlet and trap. If the pod is sat directly on the floor (offering low step in height) the waste can be run in or under the floor. Should you need to raise the pod in order to run the waste above floor level then a riser kit can be ordered as an optional extra. The riser kit contains legs that raise the pod by 100mm and a plinth panel to neatly cover the void.
